REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT BEGINS-

*IMPORTANT - MUST READ*

-THIS EVENT WILL BE HOSTED OUTSIDE IN A PARKING LOT!
-If the event must be cancelled due to weather, it will be moved to the next available weekend. Once that weekend is announced, you will have the option to keep your space or receive a refund.
-If you book a space and have not been pre-approved, you may be denied and refunded.

This event will be held on March 12th & 13th (Saturday & Sunday) at The Stables in Savannah, GA.

All spaces are SINGLE DAY, 10'x10' and will be $50. All vendor spaces will be filled before the day of the event. Your space will not be reserved until you pay the vendor fee. Fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred ton another event or date. Once the vendor list is full we will make a waiting list. If anyone drops off, we will contact those on the waiting list in the order they were confirmed. We reserve the right to move your space if necessary.

-Saturday vendors can begin to load in on Saturday, 3/12 at 9am and are expected to be set up and ready to sell by 11am. Event time is 11am - 7pm. Load out will be from 7pm until 8pm.
-Sunday vendors can begin to load in on Saturday, 3/13 at 9am and are expected to be set up and ready to sell by 11am. Event time is 11am - 7pm. Load out will be from 7pm until 8pm.
If you need more space, you can buy up to 2 spaces. Bring your own tables, chairs, clothing racks, blankets, displays, lights if you need them, etc. Because vendor types differ and everyone has their own unique set up, nothing will be provided for you.
