CHARLOTTE -NIGHT- PUNK FLEA *Vendor Registration*

REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT BEGINS-

If you book a space and have not been pre-approved, you may be denied and refunded.

This event will be held on August 19th (Wednesday) at Snug Harbor in Charlotte, NC.

All indoor spaces are roughly 6'x8' and should fit a 6' table or clothing 2-3 racks. Outdoor spaces will be a bit larger, roughly 8'x8'. You will receive an email the week prior to the event with your assigned booth number. All vendor spaces will be filled before the day of the event. Your space will not be reserved until you pay the vendor fee. Fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event or date. Once the vendor list is full we will make a waiting list. If anyone drops off, we will contact those on the waiting list in the order they were confirmed. We reserve the right to move your space or cancel if necessary.

Vendors can begin to load in on Wednesday, 8/19 at 6:30pm and are expected to be set up and ready to sell by 7:30pm. Event time is 7:30pm - 12am on Wednesday. Load out will be Thursday 8/20, 12am-1am. If you need more space, you can buy up to 2 spaces. Bring your own tables, chairs, clothing racks, blankets, displays, lights if you need them, etc. Because vendor types differ and everyone has their own unique set up, nothing will be provided for you.
